Explorer Alliance provides the Atlas, community features, journey planning, partner network, and related services. You agree to use the platform lawfully, respectfully, and in line with local rules where you travel.
You are responsible for your account, your content, and the accuracy of information you submit as an explorer, partner, or contributor.
You retain ownership of what you publish and grant Explorer Alliance a license to display it inside the Atlas, community, and related surfaces. You must not upload content that is unlawful, misleading, unsafe, or infringing.
Trusted partners are independent operators. Bookings, transactions, guiding, transport, and stays are governed by the partner's own terms. Explorer Alliance is not a party to those agreements.
Explorer Alliance does not promise risk-free travel. Route notes, safety insights, and community intelligence are decision-support only. You are responsible for your own safety, permits, insurance, and legal compliance.
To the extent permitted by law, Explorer Alliance is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the platform, third-party partners, external websites, or field conditions.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.
